In the spring of 2017, the River Grove School and local community members embarked on a journey to develop a 5-year strategic plan for school and district improvement. Through a process, led by consultant Dr. Robert Madonia, the committee identified five focus areas: Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Public Relations, and Curriculum. The committee as a whole split into five subcommittees to identify goals and action plans for their respective areas. Each year, the teachers and administration set about the task of developing sub-goals and action plans for the five committees. These sub-goals and action plans guide our work as we strive to achieve the goals set forth by the Strategic Planning Committee.
