Boys Basketball 2024-2025 

Boys Basketball Try-Outs -- Monday 11/18 and Tuesday 11/19 3:30-5:30 

*You must attend both days of try-outs to be eligible to make the team.

*Please make sure your ride is at school at the designated time.

In order to try-out for Boys Basketballball, the following paperwork must be turned in prior to try-outs:

• Current Physical on file in the school office
• Try-Out Permission slip--signed
• Concussion Information Form--signed
• Eligibility Sheet -- filled out by all of your current teachers
